3.0 cup Butternut Squash baked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw0.75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 clove Garlic1.5 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium2.0 1tsp Coconut Oil1.0 serving Garam Masala Spice0.3 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Bake squash until soft, saute celery, onions, carrots, and garlic in a tsp of coconut oil on low heat until soft. Add baked peeled squash and chicken broth. Simmer 20 minutes, adjust spices to your liking. Use immersion blender until the soup is at your desired consistency.
