Ingredients
1.5 cup Goya Green Split Peas (by SLATHYD) 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .25 cup Garlic 1.5 cup Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock (by IAMDIOSA) 2 cup Goya Dry Brown Lentils (by HCAMPBELL02) 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3.5 tbsp 365 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (by EMPEROR_LARDASS) 4 tbsp Pepper, black 1.5 tbsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot.
Cook 1 hour (or 30 minutes longer if you prefer a smoother consistency).
Serve with bread or saltine crackers.
