Keto Chicken soup

Ingredients
1 stick Butter, salted 2 celery stalks, sliced8 oz sliced mushrooms2 cloves Garlic 2 tbsp Dried Onion 2 tsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 8 cup. low sodium chicken broth 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 Rotisserie Chicken shredded
Directions
Melt the butter in a large pot.
Slice the celery stalks and mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Add dried onion, celery, mushrooms and garlic into the pot and cook for three to four minutes.
Add broth, carrot, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add cooked chicken. Simmer for an additional 8 to 12 minutes until
