Soup: Cabbage and Gr Beef

1 pound ground beef 1/4 cup diced onion 1 clove garlic, minced 2-3 cups water4 cups diced raw cabbage10 oz can RoTel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp caraway seed 3 beef bouillon cubes Salt and pepper to taste
1) Brown ground beef with onion until deep golden. No need to drain unless very greasy.
2) Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute to toast.
3) Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
