Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients
4 cup Egg Noodles, unenriched 3 serving Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp 1 small Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 4 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz) 2 cup Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock (by IAMDIOSA) 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Cook egg noodles
Melt 1 tbsp butter, sauté onions for 5 min, add rest of butter, garlic & mushrooms, stir to combine. Cook 5-7 min. Add 1/2 c broth, deglaze pan and simmer for 3 mins.
Whisk rest of broth, Worcestershire & flour in bowl. Pour into pan, simmer 5 min stirring occasionally. Til slightly thickened. Stir in yogurt.
