Protein Enhanced Chocolate sauce

1 stick Butter, salted 1 cup, heavy whipping cream1/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 scoops Genepro medical grade unflavored protein1/4 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
Melt butter and Splenda. Add heavy cream.
Mix Genepro and cocoa in a bowl. Add a bit of the liquid to the cocoa and genepro - mix until it forms a paste.
Add paste back to the liquid and mix until it's blended in. Add peanut butter. Bring to low simmer and let cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool to desired temp. Keeps in fridge for about a week.
