Ingredients
2 large Scrambled Egg 1 tortilla, medium (approx 6" di Corn Tortillas 1 tbsp Refried Beans .5 cup Spinach, fresh 2 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cut torilla into small pieces, heat in oil with beans and spinach. When tortillas crisp and spinach wilts add eggs and scramble.
