1.0 serving(s) London Broil - 1 pound0.33 tbsp Italian Seasoning1.0 tsp Red Pepper Flakes1.75 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium1.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 cup, sliced Onions, raw0.66 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Marinate 1st 5 ingredients overnight. Cook on low in slow cooker 8 hours. Slice thinly. Place meat & juice in serving dish. Saute peppers & onions in Olive oil. Top on meat. Serve with Giardiniera Pickled Vegetables on Italian bread
