Meatballs with Ricotta

Ingredients
23.5 oz *93% Lean ground beef 198.4 grams Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 33 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Combine all ingredients with your (clean) hands in a bowl. Preheat oven to 400 F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove 1 oz of the mixture from the bowl, and roll into a ball, placing the ball on the baking sheet. Repeat until all the meatballs are on the sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 until meatballs are brown. Add to sauce if desired, or let cool and freeze for later use.
