Instant Pot Butter Chicken

Ingredients
5 tbsp butter or margarine (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light is what was used for this calculation)1 small to medium sized onion, chopped1 kg boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed in bite-sized pieces1.5 cups tomato sauce (Hunt's Thick and Rich Original was used for this calculation)1.5 cups 18% table cream.5 tbsp Chili powder .5 tbsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Garlic, minced1 tbsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Garam Masala
Directions
Heat instant pot on saute setting.

Melt butter in pot, then add chopped onion and chicken. Cook slightly on all sides.

Add all other ingredients and stir. Put lid on pot and pressure cook for six minutes.

Quick vent and open lid. Can add 1 or 2 tbsp of cornstarch mixed into 1 or 2 tbsp of cold water to thicken if desired, or saute for a few minutes.

Serve over rice.
