32.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth0.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw chopped0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw diced1.0 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned chopped
Add cauliflower, onion, chicken and broth to instant pot. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Natural release for 15. Remove chicken and dice.
Use immersion blender to blend cauliflower.
Add chilies and heat through. Add chicken to pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
