Mushroom, Zucchini, & Spinach soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 clove Garlic 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup, sliced Zucchini 1.2 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 7 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 3 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 2 medium Carrots, raw
Directions
Chop and saute garlic, onion, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms until onions are translucent on medium heat. Add broth, tomatoes, and bouillon and cook for 10 minutes until zucchini tender and then add the spinach and let it wilt in the soup and turn off. Add grated Parmesan cheese, if you'd like.
