Parmesan Spinach Gnocchi

Ingredients
1.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 16 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 clove Garlic 3 cup Spinach, fresh 2 serving Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp 0.13 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2.90 cup Mediterranea Potato Gnocchi
Directions
Cook Gnocchi according to package. Drain & set aside
Meat butter over med heat
Saute garlic for minute
Add flour and whisk to form roux. cook 30 seconds or so
Slowly add milk, whisking constantly. Cook 2-3 minutes until just starting to thicken
Stir chopped spinach into sauce and cook 3-5 min
Add salt & pepper
Remove from heat
Add parmesan cheese and stir.
Return gnocchi to sauce
