3 .5 cup Kodiak Almond Poppy Pancake and Waffle mix 1 serving good culture organic cottage cheese (by BELLA0029) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 oz Fairlife - 2% Milk (Ultra Filtered) 2 serving Smart Balance, Smart Balance Omega Plus Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp 4 tsp Swerve All Natural Sweetener (by JANIS-IRENE)
Directions
Blend in Vitamix, pour into greased muffins tins, bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
