3.5 cup Beans, black - drained3.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 2 cup Carrots chopped small2 cup, Celery chopped small2 cup, Red Bell Peppers (or mixed colors) chopped small2 cup, Onions chopped small4 cup, Sweet potato chopped medium2 cloves Garlic 2 tsp Cumin2 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Smoked Paprika 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Goya Adobo2 cup Water
Directions
Makes about 21 cups? Serving Size: 2 cups Add ingredients to large pot and combine. Bring to low boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
