Roasted Chick Peas with Syrian Spice

Ingredients
1.35 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 TBS spices (I used falafel spice from the Lebanese market)
Directions
Drain and rinse beans. Toss in olive oil and spices. Roast at 400 degrees until desired crunch achieved. About 20 minutes for my preferences.
