Ingredients
15.0 serving bison Costco411.0 grams Signature Select Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Green Peppers15.5 ounce El Pato Hot Tomato Sauce8.0 serving Kirkland shredded cheddar/Jack Cheese90.0 gram Jalapeno Pepers, Raw2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tbsp Chili powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400ýF (200ýC). Fry the ground beef in butter, and add seasoning and tomatoes. Place the ground-beef mix in a baking dish with jalapenos and cheese on top. Bake on upper rack in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Chop the chives finely and mix in with the sour cream. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and a green salad. Serving Size: 4 oz
