Guinness beer cheese fondue

Ingredients
1.0 clove Garlic8.0 oz beer stout GUINESS can8.0 oz Gouda Cheese1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese15.0 Grams Cornstarch1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
1. Rub bottom and sides with gatlic 2. Add beer until steam begins to rise 3. Toss together cheese with cornstarch 4. Reduce heat to medium low, then gradually add cheese 5. Stir until melted and smooth 6. Season with black pepper and nutmeg
