low fat broccoli salad

Ingredients
6 cups of chopped broccoli3 tbsp of red onion, chopped1 cup of red grapes, sliced in half4 tbsp of reduced fat bacon bits4 tbsp of Kraft light mayo with olive oil2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar5 packets of sugar substitute2 tbsp of reduced fat sour cream
Directions
mix broccoli, grapes, onion and bacon bits in large bowl...set aside in fridge.
Mix remaining ingredients in little bowl, refrigerate for at least 1 hr, then pour over the broccoli mixture.
Makes 6 - 1 cup servings

    I love broccoli salad and make a variation of this recipe. My dressing is 1 c low-fat mayo, 2 tbsp white vinegar & 2 tbsp stevia (start w/less add to your taste preference). I also add 1/4 c. sunflower seeds. Add dressing to the rest of the ingredients - mix & refrigerate! - 2/7/10
