Tuscan chicken

Ingredients
20.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast0.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes1.0 cup Half and Half Cream1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Cut chicken into strips. Cook with a little EVOO until done and set aside. Add to skillet: 1 cup half and half, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 cup chopped fresh spinach, salt & pepper to taste. Bring to a boil while stirring. Add chicken. Let simmer 5-10 minutes and serve.
