4 cup Quaker Oats Gluten Free 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Salt 0.75 cup Pumpkin seeds (shelled, raw, unsalted) (by NYTQUILL) 3 serving Raw Sunflower seeds unsalted 1/4 of a cup (by BOUNDERAZ) 8 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .5 cup Maple Syrup .33 cup Coconut Oil 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 8 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients (except cranberries) in a large bowl.
Add in maple syrup and oil. Toss until evenly coated.
Split mixture between two pans in a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes, stir mixture with a wooden spoon. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Let granola cool till easily handled and then transfer to a large bowl. Once completely cooled break apart with hands, add cranberries. Store in airtight container for up to two weeks.
Serving Size: Makes 16 1/2 cup servings
