16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 serving artichoke heart frozen (12 pieces) (by TRUNORTH) 8 cup Kitchen Basic Unsalted Chicken Stock (by CSUCAM) 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, diced Celery, cooked 6 tbsp Parsley 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 3 fl oz Lemon Juice 3 tbsp Olive Oil .75 cup Wild Rice 3.25 cup Artichoke Hearts, 3/4 cup (85g), Trader Joe's frozen (by TEHILA1)
