2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients in a jar, shake and use.

Serving Size:�makes enough for one large salad; or 8 servings of almost 1 Tbsp each. Can halve recipe.
