Thai vegetable curry

Ingredients
250 grams Carrots, raw 350 grams Cabbage, napa 33 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 33 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 33 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving Trader Joes Coconut Cream 0.1 cup Hot chile pepers 3 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Basil
Directions
The spices listed should approximate to 2 heaped tablespoons of Thai green curry paste. Mix the paste into water and bring to the boil.
Add the chopped carrots. When half-done, add sliced peppers and chopped Napa Cabbage.
Add half about 100 ml coconut cream.
Serve with tofu and rice.
