Ingredients
0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 8 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw .25 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms 1 Tablespoon Naturally Brewed Organic Soy Sauce .25 tsp Zulka Morena Pure Cane Sugar
Directions
Place pork in a bowl. Finely chop green onions and mushrooms: add to pork. Add soy sauce, salt and sugar to pork and mix well. Shape into patties and cook or freeze until needed
