6.0 oz Cheddar Cheese0.67 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard1.0 tsp Salt0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw48.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled7.0 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers)8.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz6.0 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Beat eggs & milk. Add crackers, onions, salt, pepper & mix. Add to meat and mix well. Form into a loaf and bake at 350 for an hour. Combine ketchup, brown suger, and mustard. Spoon half of the ketchup mixture on top of meatoaf and bake 10 more min. Spoon rest of ketchup mixture on top of meatloaf and cook until up to temp.
Serving Size: Makes 12 - 1/2 in thick slice
