Ingredients
3.0 cup Basmati Rice, Mahatma (cooked) 2 cup Beans, black (canned, rinsed and drained)3.5 serving "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (rinsed and drained)6 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix 1.25 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Directions
While the rice is still hot, mix everything together, warm for 10 minutes, serve any way you like.
