Easy creamy chicken broccoli and rice

Ingredients
10.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast8.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt2.0 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup2.0 cup Broccoli - chopped - frozen1.0 cup White Rice, medium grain2.0 tbsp Garlic powder2.0 dash Salt0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned0.5 cup Cheese - Fit & Active 2% Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (Made with 2% Milk)
Directions
Place uncooked chicken, broccoli, yogurt, soup and seasonings in ctockpot. Cook on low for 6 hou rs. Use juices from cooked crockpot mixture (1 cup) with 1 cup dry rice and place in rice cooker. After rice is cooked place all ingredients including cheese into casserole dish. Mix well. Place bread crumbs on top. Place in oven at 350* for 10 min to melt cheese.
