Vegetable Pasta Soup with Basil sauce

2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1.2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Green Beans, (Frozen), french style -Green Giant .75 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched 1.5 serving Basil Pesto (2 tbsp) 2 clove Garlic
In 4 quart saucepan combine first 4 ingredients, add water and over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Add beans and cook until beans are just tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Add macaroni and simmer until macaroni is al dente.
Add basil pesto and chopped garlic after cooking and simmer a few minutes.
Freeze. without basil pesto.
