Grandma's Manicotti

Ingredients
0.75 cup Flour, white4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw16.0 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk2.0 clove Garlic2.0 cup Buitoni Marinara Sauce0.33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Combine flour, .75 cup water, and 3 eggs. Stir until smooth. Pour thin layer into pan to cook crepe. Put layer of sauce on bottom of casserole dish. Combine rest of ingredients for filling (reserve mozzarella for top if desired). Fill crepes and roll up. Place in dish, top with sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake covered for 20 min; uncover and cook 10 more minutes or until cheese melted.
