Baked Omelet Cups

Ingredients
7 Eggs- large, fresh .25 cup serving 2 percent milk 5 links Banquet Brown and serve Turkey sausage sliced and cut1 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese 12 tots Ore Ida Tater Crowns, cut into 4 pcs12 tbsp chopped Raw Onions12 tbsp chopped Sweet Peppers
Directions
Beat eggs and milk together. Divide the rest of the ingredients into 12 muffin cells. Pour egg/milk mixture to about 1/2 inch from top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25+/- 3 min. (until egg is firm in the center)

Serving Size: Makes 12 regular size muffin omelets.
