Easy Vegan French Toast

Ingredients
1/4 cup Soy/Rice/any non-dairy Yogurt (if it is plain you can add vanilla for flavor)1 tbsp Cinnamon1 tsp Allspice1 tsp Ground Nutmeg (better if freshly ground)1 tsp of whatever other spices you would likeOil to keep the bread from sticking to the plan2 pieces of whole wheat bread
Directions
Warm frying pan on medium-high heat and oil.

Add all of the ingredients together in a shallow bowl that is low enough so that one can easily dip the bread in it.

Dip bread in mixture and when the pan is hot enough, fry for a minute or two and then flip.

Enjoy with maple syrup, fruit, agave nectar, jam....
