.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup Sprouts Organic Vegetable Broth - Low Sodium (by JENJAYEE) 3 medium Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 9 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm) 1.5 cup Muir Glen Organic Fire Roated Adobo Seasoned Petite Diced Tomatoes (by EXMOUSE4) 1 cup Trader Joes Organic Brown Rice (frozen) (by DOKUBO) 1 cup, sliced Zucchini
Directions
combine all ingredients, cook on low heat for 1 hour, or longer. I also added chili flakes, garlic, oregano, onion powder & lemon pepper
