3 cups Squash, Summer (Zucchini & Yellow) 1 cup 1 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Original 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 clove Garlic chopped carrots matchstick .25 cup or as desired
Directions
bake at 400 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes until squash is soft to the touch
