Cauliflower Baked Ziti

Ingredients
1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 8 oz Ground beef, lean 4 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil 8 oz Hot Italian Sausage-Johnsonville 1 link 3oz 4 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup) 1 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
Directions
Steam bite sized pieces of cauliflower. Brown ground beef/Italian sausage. Add onions, garlic, cook until onions are soft & translucent. Stir in tomato paste, drained diced tomatoes(Italian seasoned preferable), spaghetti sauce. layer cauliflower in 9X13 pan, stir in sauce. Top with ricotta and Italian blend cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes until hot & bubbly & cheese starts to brown.
