16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 8 oz Fairlife - 2% Milk (Ultra Filtered) 5 Serving(s) Egg Yoke 8 Serving(s) Tagatose 1 tsp Vanilla Extract24 tsp Tagatose
Add cream, milk and vanilla into saucepan . Bring to just below simmer.
In separate pan which tagatose and egg yokes until thick.
Slowly add cream mixture into egg while whisking.
Return to cleaned pot and stir until thickened (coat back of spoon). Be careful not to boil or the custard will be ruined.
Place in refrigerator safe dish until cold
Add to ice cream maker.
Freeze and enjoy at your convenience.
