1 lb Beef chuck diced1 medium Onions 10 clove Garlic 1 medium Turnip 12 oz frozen Green Beans 0.5 cup Parsley 28 oz Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 4 cups Beef Broth 8 oz baby Portabella Mushrooms 6 tbsp Avocado Oil 2 stalks Celery
Brown beef in preheated cast iron skillet over high heat in oil in small batches, then set aside. Add back and stew in broth and tomatoes for an hour over medium low heat. Sautee onion, garlic, and mushrooms and set aside. After 1 hour, add turnip, celery, parsley, and carrots and return to simmer for 30 minutes.
Microwave green beans and reserve. After 30 minutes, add green beans, onion, and garlic and simmer another 30 minutes until beef is tender.
