.5 cup Great value, Frozen unsweetened Mixed fruit(strawberry, peach, mango, and pineapple) 24 gram Trader Joe's Organic Chia Seed 1 serving Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Beef Kosher serving size 2 Tbs (12 g) .5 cup trader joes plain greek yogurt whole (by MTOPPER54) 1 tsp stevia by stevita (by CLEARBLUETOO) 1 cup Almond Breeze reduced sugar vanilla almond milk
Directions
Make sure to soak the chia seeds first in about .25 cup of water. They will expand and become thick. This is so that they will work their magic in your gut! After that just blend. all ingredients. Put the protein powder in last before blending.
