Peanut Butter Salad Dressing

Ingredients
4 tbsp peanut butter powder 2 tbsp water2 tbsp toasted sesame oil2 tbsp rice wine vinegar1/2 cup sweet onion, minced1 tsp Ginger root, grated1 clove garlic, minced1 packet Equal1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp peanuts, roasted and lightly salted
Directions
1. Process all ingredients except peanuts with a hand mixer or food processor. Once blended add peanuts and process a bit until they are small bits.
