Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
8 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" Asparagus, fresh 4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
Directions
Clean and peel asparagus & cut into 1" pieces
Bring to a boil in Chicken Stock, simmer x 20 minutes
Filter remaining asparagus fiber through a fine sieve
Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili flakes
