Luau Kabobs

Ingredients
2 lb boneless country style pork ribs cut into 1 1/2" cubes6 T terryaki sauce (low sodium if you have it)1 T olive oil1 clove garlic minced (more if you like)1 T ground ginger1 fresh pineapple cut into bite sized cubes1 large red bell pepper cut into pieces1 large green bell pepper cut into pieces1 medium onion cut into pieces1 large zucchini sliced into 1/2" slices
Directions
Combine teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic and ginger. Add pork cubes and marinate no less than 2 hrs.

Soak skewers in cold water while you cut up the pineapple and all veggies.
Drain pork discarding marinade.
Load your kabobs and grill over medium heat 20-25 min until done.
