Our Keto Cheesecake Fat Bombs

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese (1 block)4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream (can be replaced with butter)1/2 cup Coconut Oil (can be replaced with butter)9 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Confectioners (erythritol)2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth.

2.Place in a 24 cup mini cupcake pan, and refrigerate. Alternatively, freeze until able to pop out and store in fridge. You can also freeze the container until you are able to scoop with a small cookie scoop if you don't have the mini cupcake pan.

NOTE: If using butter as a substitute, only replace ONE ingredient with butter.

Serving Size: Makes 24 rouoghly 1 inch balls
