4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted4.0 tbsp Soy Sauce2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 serving Chinese - vegetables - Broccoli,Kale,BoK-choy - 1 cup2.0 tbsp coconut flour
Heat oil on medium. Mix all ingredients, making sure they're well shredded. Fry as quarter cup patties. Let cool so that the cheese solidifies and serve.
