Directions
Mix together hardboiled eggs chopped spring onions, mustard chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Stir well and spread the mixture over the buttered slices of bread. Close the sandwiches and remove the crusts.
Slice the sandwich diagonally. Stack them so they resemble a ?House?.
Slice the thick end of a carrot into a thin slice and trim the edges to make it a square. Use slivers of cucumber peel for windowpanes.
Secure with a cocktail stick and press into the stack as windows.
Slice the bit of tomato and with a cocktail stick secure it to a large piece of carrot as the door! Sprinkle powdered coconut as grass. Brush the roof with mayonnaise and coat with potato sticks.
