SAUTE ONION IN OLIVE OIL AND FROZEN SPINACH THEN ADD SOY MILK AND EGGS AND QUINOA (YOU CAN PARTIALLY PRE COOK THE QUINOA). PLACE MIXTURE IN BAKING PAN AND BAKE AT 375 DEGREES. SHOULD BE READY IN 1Q2 HOUR TO 40 MINUTES.
