2 cup Kroger black beans -no salt added 3 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 2 cup Bush's Pinto Beans 3 serving black eyed pea 2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried .5 cup Red Onion, Fresh (by NEVERNAKED) 1 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients; mix well and chill several hours or overnight.
