Blueberry Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Salt 1 serving Zucchini (fresh) 1cup (124g) 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Canola Oil .25 cup Milk, 1% 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .33 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
Dry ingredients in a bowl. All but blueberries in another bowl. Add dry to wet. Fold in blueberries. Put in greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 F for 22 minutes.
