Haley's Ham and Spinach Frittata

Ingredients
4 serving Egg white, large 2.5 cup Baby Spinach (raw) .33 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 0.15 cup Frigo feta cheese 1 4 Slices Land O' Frost Old Fashioned Cook Ham Lean
Directions
- Whisk egg whites. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fry spinach and ham in a pan until spinach is wilted.
- Dice four slices of roma tomato.
- Pour egg whites into small baking dish or frittata pan.
- Add feta cheese over egg whites.
- Add ham and spinach mixture.
- Sprinkle tomatoes on top.
- Garnish with a thin layer of fresh spinach.
- Bake at 400 degrees for fifteen minutes.
