6 serving Creamy Garlic Shrimp and Pasta (by SAR1122) kosher salt12 oz fettuccine3 tbs unsalted butter3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced1 12oz jar of roasted red peppers1 tsp smoked paprika 2 cups heavy cream1 pound medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan1 tbs fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
cook pasta. in large skillet melt butter, stir in garlic, red peppers, and paprika. stir occasionally. Add cream and bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes. Add cooked pasta, Parmesan, 1 tsp salt and toss until coated. Sprinkle with parsley.
