1 cup Beans, Black, dry, Goya (by NHSTITCHER) 2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 2 cup Swanson Chicken Cooking Stock (by FAIRYGHOST) 9 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Thyme, ground .5 tsp Rosemary, dried .5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
In INSTANT POT , add olive oil and saute onions, bell pepper, celery, and sun dried tomato. After 5 minutes shut off saute mode and add chicken stock and spices, Add dried black beans that have been washed. Add pork. cover INSTANT POT with lid, set the value to close, set timer to 90 minutes on low pressure. Quick or natural release and serve.
